Release and Waiver of Liability: I, on behalf of my child and anyone acting on our behalf, agree to hold harmless, waive, and release Advance City Sports, its officers, agents, instructors, organizers, representatives, successors, and any property owners from any responsibility, liabilities, demands, losses, injuries, property damage, or claims of any kind arising from participation in Advance City Sports activities, events, or use of facilities, equipment, or property. 

Medical Responsibility: I attest that we have full knowledge of the inherent risks involved in Advance City Sports activities and assume these risks. We agree to assume and pay for any medical expenses and emergency expenses in the event of accident, illness, or other incapacity. 

Medical Information: I agree to provide appropriate medical information to Advance City Sports if needed. In the case of an accident or injury to my child, and if an emergency contact person cannot be reached, we grant Advance City Sports permission to obtain necessary medical attention for which we will be financially responsible. 

Photography and Publicity: I grant permission for Advance City Sports to use photographs, videos, and other media of the participant for promotional and educational purposes. Any such material may be used in marketing materials, social media, and the Advance City Sports website. 

Property Loss: I understand and agree that Advance City Sports is not responsible for property that may be lost, stolen, or damaged while on its premises. I/we have read and understand this liability waiver and agree to its terms.

Make up policy 

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to reschedule your class. Here is our make-up policy for rescheduling: 
● Availability: Make-up classes are only available if there is space in another class, and they are subject to class availability. 
● Advance Notice: To request a make-up class, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to your originally scheduled session by sending an email to letsplaysports24@gmail.com. This advance notice allows us to allocate the spot to another student. 
● Advance Notice: Each student is eligible for a maximum of one reschedule request, considering the limited availability of make-up classes. 
● No Transfer to Future Sessions: Please note that make-up classes cannot be transferred to future sessions. They must be used within the current session. 
● No Credits Offered: We do not offer credits or refunds for missed classes. Make-up classes are provided as a courtesy when available. 

We strive to accommodate your rescheduling requests as much as possible. However, please keep in mind that our availability for make-up classes is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Refund Policy 

Refunds will not be issued for non-attendance at a scheduled class. 

Refunds apply when the withdrawal of a student is received in writing 1 week prior to the start of any season. Refunds do not include the 2.9% credit card processing fee that is part of the pricing.

Should Advance City Sports find it necessary to de-register a child, a refund will be issued after deduction for classes already attended. 

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as your commitment to our policies is essential for maintaining the quality and consistency of our class.
